Welcome to Bidplayer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bidplayer platform, which helps organisers run tournaments, manage player registrations, and conduct player auctions. By creating an account or using Bidplayer, you agree to these Terms.
You sign in with your WhatsApp number and a 6-digit PIN. You're responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Bidplayer is used by tournament organisers, delegates, club representatives, and players. Each role has different access within a tournament, controlled by the organiser.
Tournament details, entry fees, and rules are set by the organiser of each tournament, not by Bidplayer. Unless a tournament states otherwise, all registration and entry payments are made directly to the tournament organiser — Bidplayer does not process, hold, or guarantee these payments, and is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or cancellations. Please confirm payment details directly with the organiser before paying.
You may upload photos, payment screenshots, and other files as part of registration. You confirm you have the right to upload this content, and you grant Bidplayer permission to store and display it as needed to operate the platform (e.g. showing your player photo during an auction).
Don't use Bidplayer to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service, or misrepresent your identity or role in a tournament.
We aim to keep Bidplayer available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. Features may change or be discontinued as the platform evolves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidplayer and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between organisers, clubs, and players.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bidplayer after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
