We use this information to run the core features of Bidplayer: registering you for tournaments, showing your profile and photo during auctions, verifying payments with organisers, and keeping your account secure.
Images (profile photos, payment screenshots, logos) are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS S3). Account and tournament data is stored in a secured database. We take reasonable technical measures to protect this information from unauthorised access.
We don't sell your personal information. Your details are visible to the organisers, delegates, and club representatives of tournaments you join or manage, to the extent needed for them to run that tournament (e.g. verifying your payment or building the auction squad list).
Bidplayer uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use these for advertising or tracking outside the platform.
We retain your account and tournament data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to support the tournaments you've taken part in.
You can update your profile photo and details at any time from your profile page. To request deletion of your account or data, contact your tournament organiser or Bidplayer support.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
